My fee is $160 per 50 minute session. 

I do not participate in any insurance panels, although if you have PPO insurance they may reimburse part of the fee. You may want to contact your insurance company and ask what is their reimbursement benefit for out-of-network providers, including the rate of reimbursement (i.e. percentage), and if there is a deductible. If you need help with this, please let me know.

I am happy to provide you with the paperwork required (a super-bill) to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company.
